 
Peel-Halton-Dufferin Adult Learning Network is a partnership promoting excellence through the coordination and planning of adult literacy services.
PHDALN is an incorporated, non-profit, charitable organization resulting from the amalgamation of the Peel Adult Learning Network and the Halton Adult Learning Network. PHDALN is one of seventeen regional literacy networks in Ontario.
Our membership includes literacy agencies, community organizations, and individuals. We provide resource support to twelve literacy programs across three sectors: school board, college, and community-based.
This Employment Ontario program is funded by the Ontario government.
